SCOTUS Deals Blow To GOP Vote Supression Agenda

The U.S. Supreme Court has reversed a decision by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals from earlier this week. The appeals court decision had been in support of a vote suppresion plan by the GOP; the SCOTUS decision vacates that ruling, and will ensure newly registered voters in the state have an opportunity to cast a ballot in the November election.
