Sunday Loon Watch

This week's Sunday Loon Watch is almost sort of cute, and it's not just because John Boehner thinks he has a better chance of becoming Speaker than he does of stopping health care reform. It's also because John Boehner thinks there are only 40 more Democrats than Republicans in the House.

Actually, John, at least the last time I checked, 253 Dems - 178 GOPs = 75 more Democrats. Before you go about trying to parlay defeat on health care reform into a new Republican majority, you might want to start with getting a better grip on the simple things...like how many dang seats you have as of now.

Then, maybe, you can start thinking about the future...and how you're going to turn your inability to block health care reform into a winning campaign issue.
